Anchovy Garlic Rosemary Marinade

This delicious marinade comes from my sister. It is easy to make and very flavorful.

I was going to write a huge story on how it changed my life and my taste buds exploded with flavor reminiscent of Anton Ego eating ratatouille; which it did.

However, my toddler is literally scampering for my attention. So I leave you the recipe and go on with my day.

Anchovy Garlic Rosemary Marinade Printable Recipe

1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
2 Anchovy Fillets
1 Sprig of Rosemary, finely chopped
1 Tsp. Whole Grain Mustard
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Heat up oil and anchovy in a pan until the anchovy dissolves. Add in garlic and cook for 30 seconds, remove from heat and add in mustard, salt, and pepper. Let cool and marinade steak, chicken, or pork.

My sister used this to marinade steak 10/10 will eat again, and try with chicken and pork.

Enjoy!!
