The 4th of July is days away, and I have already gotten my menu out the way. Now all I need to think about is what activities I will have available.
For my nieces, nephews, and anyone else who may want to join in I will have water balloons, water guns, and bubbles. They always love playing around and what's better then playing a game of water tag.
Water Tag - The game is simple create however many teams as you'd like.Arm yourself with as many balloons you can carry and try to hit your opponents. Those opponents who get hit by water balloons are then "frozen" until a teammate can Tag them free. I like to keep buckets of water balloons all over the yard for this occasion.
Water Dodgeball also sounds fun but I'm not too sure of the logistics of this game when it comes to including toddlers. Although I'm sure my older nieces and nephews will enjoy it.
I will also have Croquet, Cards Against Humanity, Uno, and a couple of kites.
